[:it]Immagino che il titolo dell’articolo lasci perplessi parecchi di voi. Poi detto da me, che sono una delle persone più indecise del mondo (per tutti gli aspetti della mia vita meno che quelli che concernono il lavoro, dove misteriosamente mi trasformo), suona ancora più strano.

Invece sono giunta alla conclusione che in questo lavoro quando il cliente ha poche idee, o ne ha poche e confuse il risultato esce nettamente superiore rispetto a chi parte con un’idea chiarissima in testa.

Sembra impossibile, ma se ci pensate bene quando voi vi rivolgete ad un’altra persona per un lavoro vi state affidando a lei. Si presuppone sia perché sapete che tra le vostre senza dubbio innumerevoli doti non spiccano particolarmente quelle creative, oppure riconoscete che ad ognuno compete il suo lavoro. Posso quindi garantirvi che arrivare con un foglio bianco e la mente aperta permette di indagare molte più opzioni, e lascia molto più margine al lavoro. Ovviamente le idee di base è sacro santo averle, però vi posso garantire che se vi presentate dal vostro creativo con un file Word, o Power Point, o uno schizzo fatto a mano di quello che vorreste, partite già col piede sbagliato.

Un po’ perché sembrate già voler mettere le mani avanti facendo intendere che non siete convinti di quello che lui potrebbe proporvi, ed un po’ perché in fondo state snobbando il suo lavoro senza accorgervene. è come se qualcun altro venisse a dirvi come fare il vostro lavoro. Non credo vi farebbe piacere. Se ci pensate bene lo state pagando per fare un lavoro… quindi fateglielo fare!!

Vedrete che sarete molto molto molto più soddisfatti del risultato. Con un sano confronto, apertura mentale, e fiducia a profusione vedrete che non potrete che essere felici di quello che uscirà.

So benissimo che sto parlando di un atto di fede assoluto. Che il lavoro che state chiedendo sarà qualcosa di molto personale, che riguarda voi, e per cui forse vorreste in fondo poter dire c’è del mio! Ma vi garantisco che se trovate la persona giusta e le date piena fiducia, costruendo con lei un confronto continuo, il risultato sarà assolutamente all’altezza delle vostre aspettative. E penserete che è esattamente quello che avevate in mente!

Quindi: apri la mente e fidati!!! Questo è il mio consiglio giornaliero![:en]You probably were very shocked and surprised by reading the title of this post. Coming from me that I am one of the most dithering person in the world (for all the aspect of my life except those relating to the job, where misteriusly I transform me), it sounds quite strange.

Then I’ve come to the conclusion that in this job when the customer have few ideas, or few and well confused, the result will be very better then who start with a really clear idea on his head.

Seems impossible, but if you think well,  when you turn to an other person in order to do a work, you’re leaning on that person. It’s supposed to be because you know that among your countless talents there aren’t the creative one, or you recognize that everybody has their own work.

I can promise you that to arrive with a blank sheet and an open mind permits to examine a lot of option, and leave a lot more leeway. I can assure you that if you go to the creative person with a Word doc or a  Power Point file, or a hand drawings on that you could want, you are starting with a wrong foot. Because seems you want to cover yourself to suggests that you are not sure about what he might submit to you. It’s link somebody else comes to tell you how to do your work. I don’t think you would be too pleased. If you think well you are going to pay someone else for this work…. so let him go!!

You’ll see that you will be more more more satisfied for the result. With an healthy discussion, an open-mind and profusely confidence, you will be happy for sure.

I know, i’m talking about a statement of faith but i can guarantee that if you find the right person and you have very confidence in her by build up a continuous dialogue the result will be for sure live up to the expectations.
